Upcoming Holiday Events

Please mark your calendars for the following dates:

This year the Patriot Tree Lighting will be Thursday, December 7th, at 5:30pm.  Each year we light this tree, located on the Square, at the top of Main Street near the bridge, in honor of our Veterans.  This year our Patriot Tree Lighting event will coincide with Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day (December 7th, 1941).  Please come out and join us for this annual event to honor, support, and remember the people who have served our country and made it possible for us to enjoy the freedoms we have today.  Refreshments will follow immediately after the ceremony at the Village Hall . . . All are invited.

Then on Saturday, December 9th, SANTA CLAUS will be here for his annual visit at our Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration.

Our Program Schedule for December 9th is:

4:00pm at the Presbyterian Church with a performance by the Church Choir under the direction of Sue Conklin.  This is an event you donít want to miss, so please join us for a wonderful Christmas concert program.

5:30pm at Otisville Firehouse for the Annual Tree Lighting Celebration with Santa and the Girl Scouts.  After the tree lighting in front of the Firehouse, everyone is invited to join us in Firemanís Hall for refreshments while the children visit with Santa, and enjoy Santaís Workshop activities, Gingerbread Cookie decorating, Arts & Crafts and moreÖ sponsored by Holy Name of Jesus Church.
